My first experience with chiropractic was through my mother who was recommended
by a friend to see a chiropractor. As I watched my mother receive chiropractic
adjustments, I could see the tremendous benefits of chiropractic. It was non-invasive,
effective and enhanced our body’s natural healing ability, all without
the need of drugs! So it was little wonder, that I too began receiving monthly
adjustments soon after that.
Once I graduated from school, I began my studies in Chiropractic
at Murdoch University. After five long years of intensive study,
I graduated with a double degree of Bachelor of Science (chiropractic)/Bachelor
of Chiropractic.
Practicing as a chiropractor has been and continues to be a worthwhile
experience. Seeing patients light up from the relief they get
after getting adjusted is one of my favourite parts of being a
chiropractor.
I believe in living a well-balanced life, so besides taking care
of my health by getting adjusted on a regular basis, I also love
playing tennis, squash, indoor soccer, socializing with family
and friends, watching movies and participating in volunteer work.
And I encourage all my patients to do the same.

Dr. Dias received his chiropractic degree from Murdoch University,
in Perth Western Australia. He uses the specialized chiropractic
techniques called Diversified, Gonstead, SOT, Drop Piece and Activator.
These techniques can be performed manually with the doctor’s
hands or by the use of mechanical instruments or the chiropractic
table.
In some instances Dr. Dias combines his chiropractic therapy
with kinesio-taping, rehabilitation and physiological therapeutics
(including ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation and micro
current).
If soft tissues therapy, is found to be necessary Dr. Dias utilized
myofacial release, dry needling and trigger point as part of your
treatment.
Dr. Dias is also certified in the Webster Technique, a way of
adjusting expecting mothers to optimize the biomechanical and
neurological function of the pelvis during pregnancy and birth.
